I do have one question though. How do I add stuff to my weapons and armor to give them more power like adding flame or blast or things like that?

If you like questing in the mounds or Azteca, don't add Flames or Glow to your weapos-Worms and Anacondas can literally EAT weapons with those attributes. The best scrolls are Enchant, Bless, and Luck for increasing the gear's stats. ES scrolls can be found from various monsters (Griffon, Unicorn, Medusa, Shogun, Panda, etc.), Luck scrolls can be dropped by Pandas quite frequently, and Bless Scrolls can be purchased at the Djinni Shop in the Mountains. Hope this helps.
Edit: The other attributes you will see on weapons are called Rare Attributes-they can only be found that way from monster drops or the Wheel Guy. They can be quite rare, depending on the rare itself, and you can usually find one to purchase on the Trading Post.
