Questions about "Shinra's 'town'

Is there a name that this community would have if one would envision it as a neighboring village of the village that encompasses Wizards & Warriors? At W&W, the name of the "town" was called Melanie (which that was explained as being the name of the girl the creator of the RP section was in love with at the time). Generally, I don't mention that name since I'm not sure if it is an agreement that is indeed the name of that village.

Anyway... was just wondering if there was a particular name to referr to my good neighbor's home, other than Shinra.

Midgar. Tell me what it looks like. Are the streets dirt, gravel, cobblestone? Or brick? Is there a saloon/tavern... parks? Trees... river....

Maybe you could start a RP with you walking around the various buildings, describing them as you see them in your mind and describe the streets as you go along... just a thought
